Society doesn’t teach us how to get beyond the Stage 2 level.

Only when we intentionally erase our unconscious disenlightened attitudes with Meditation and Momentary Noting practices, can we clear our disenlightened minds. These practices are the only known ways to get back to our higher levels of awareness. We must use these practices to re-awaken and return to our Inborn, Enlightened Selves.

 

 

Momentary Noting is a  psychoactive, non-religious, Beyond-Mind, practice pioneered by Siddhartha Gautama to clear his own mind and attain a deeper, higher awareness. Then he became The Self-Enlightened Buddha.

How Can We Get Back to Our Inborn True Nature?

Gerry Ewasiuk (the author) is a 37-year secular (non-religious) meditator who is not a medical practitioner. At age 40, I wanted to find ways to clear my own mind and become less disenlightened. At age 49 I began to practice “Stage 3 Meditation.” And 12 years later, Burmese Buddhist Monks taught me the Buddha’s 2500-year-old, non-religious, “Stage 4 Beyond-Mind Momentary Noting” practice.
